Your Anxiety is not you,
An anxious mind refers to a state of heightened worry, fear, or unease. It involves persistent thoughts about potential future threats or negative outcomes,, often accompanied biophysical symptoms like increased heat rate, muscle tension and restlessness. Anxiety can vary in intensity and duration, and individuals may experience it in different ways. I’s a common mental health condition that can impact daily functioning and well being.
To slow an anxious mind, try deep focused breathing exercises.
Inhale deeply to the count of four, hold..hold for a count of six, exhale…exhale with a sigh for a count of seven.
practicing mindfulness by bringing attention to the present moment, welcome unpleasant thoughts, treat them like any other thoughts because that’s all they are, thoughts.
You may identify the thought and challenge negative ones.
